Let’s be real: most of us start our business from intuition, and that’s beautiful. But if you're still making all your decisions from a place of “gut feeling,” you're leaving money and clarity on the table.
You need to know your numbers.
Look at your data. Measure what’s working. Stop guessing.
Business clarity comes from facts, not feelings.
4. You're Undervaluing Your Time (and Energy)
You’re probably doing too much yourself.
I get it, delegating is scary. But every hour you spend doing things that don’t move the needle is costing you more than you think.
I teach my clients to protect their time like they protect their revenue, because time IS revenue.
5. You're Not Creating Outer Circle Content
If your content only speaks to the people who already follow you, you’re missing out on growth.
Outer circle content is what reaches new leads. It’s what builds authority. It’s what sells before the sales call.
