She’s not hitting 100K… but it’s not because she’s not smart enough.
✅ She’s talented.
✅ She’s driven.
✅ She’s doing everything right.
But month after month, she’s still stuck below that 5K mark.
She thinks she needs a better strategy. She’s signed up for new programs, followed all the right accounts, downloaded the free guides, and watched more masterclasses than she can count.
But the truth?
It’s not her strategy that’s broken. It’s her belief system.
She doesn’t realize it, but she’s been making herself small.
When she wants to raise her prices, she second-guesses herself.
When she goes to post a bold message on Instagram, she waters it down.
When it’s time to sell her offer, she tells herself:
- “Who am I to charge that much?”
- “What if no one buys?”
- “What if I fail publicly?”
These aren’t questions that come from lack of skill. They come from insecurity.
She’s not failing because she’s unqualified.
She’s failing because she’s afraid to be seen.
Deep down, she still believes that staying quiet is safer than standing out. She has a little voice in her head that says:
💬 “I’m bad at selling”
💬 “I’m not good with money”
💬 “I hate marketing”
💬 “I’m too old to grow on Instagram”
💬 “I don’t want to outshine my partner”
💬 “If I earn more than my friends, they’ll judge me”
These thoughts feel logical.
But they are not facts.
They are limiting beliefs.
Insecurity is not humility. It’s self-sabotage.
And I get it. I’ve been her.
I’ve held back before because I was afraid to take up more space. I thought if I was successful and too loud, people would hate me. That if I looked too confident, too wealthy, or too powerful, it would make others uncomfortable.
What I didn’t realize was that I was making myself small to make others feel comfortable.
But here’s the truth no one talks about:
You cannot build a 6-figure business while shrinking yourself to fit someone else’s comfort zone.
Here’s what she needs to hear:
✨ She is allowed to want more
✨ She is allowed to be visible
✨ She is allowed to make money
✨ She is allowed to play a bigger game
She is you.
If she keeps dimming her light to avoid judgment, she’ll never grow.
Not because she can’t. But because she won’t allow herself to.
If you want to know where to start playing bigger…
I walk through this exact mindset shift in this week’s episode of the Fail to Win podcast.
Inside the episode, I share:
- The identity shift that helped me finally stop playing small
- A practical exercise to clean out her limiting beliefs
- The sneaky ways insecurity is showing up in her business
- How to get back her power and finally hit the income she’s been dreaming of
She doesn’t need another funnel or content hack right now. She needs to believe she’s safe to succeed.
Because when she starts believing that she’s worthy of big goals, big income, and big impact…
That’s when everything will change.
Let this be the episode that flips the switch.🎧
