1. The PASS-Principle

Before you start creating a course or think about what YOU want to create, let's look at what's smart, shall we?

Ask yourself these 4 questions and brainstorm about them on a piece of paper:

1. P – Which problems does my client have?
2. A – What do they want to accomplish?
3. S – What's stopping them from those accomplishments?
4. S – How would you help solve this for your ideal client?

2. 7 Ways to Make Money Online

When you go through these options, ask yourself: what do you already have?

Currently you probably have time + knowledge left over, so let's put that to use!

2.1 Revamp your current services in packages or deals

Sell what you're already doing, online. I recommend using Shopify to set up payments and Acuity to set up appointments for coaching calls!

2.2 Create and sell a simple eBook

It might not make you rich – but it'll help you get started! You can easily create this in Canva and use one of their templates to make it look professional af.

2.3 Offer an online course for clients or peers

I love (video)course creating in Teachable because it's an easy (and free!) way to get started.

Secret tip to get started for free: Go to Teachable and scroll to ‘compare plans‘ – there you will find the option for a free plan.

2.4 Sell templates

I sell my excel templates for productivity in my Time Management System. What are you already using that you aren't selling?

2.5 Run a group program

Running a group program is a perfect way to start scaling your business while still holding control over all your participants and their journeys. This is the perfect step BEFORE you create a stand-alone course.

2.6 Become an affiliate for software, products, courses…
