Holding on to your motivation is a hard thing when January comes to an end.
At least, it seems to be for a lot of people and entrepreneurs.
You start the new year with a sense of determination and you’re more than ready to crush those goals.
But then that first month comes to a close and all you want to do is say ‘f*ck these goals, let me take a nap’.
And then somewhere mid June you wake up from that demotivated brain fog and you curse yourself for falling into the same trap once again.
So, how do you hold onto that beginning of the year motivation?
Today, I’m sharing 4 tips with you:
- Create a somewhat singular focus
- Make those goals tangible
- Set up habits that support you in reaching your goals
- Make sure your why is strong enough, because if your reason isn’t enough, you’ll never hold on
If you want to hear clear cut examples and every tip explained a bit more thoroughly, go to my Fail to Win podcast and listen to episode 220 ‘Crush Your Goals: How to Stay Motivated After January’.
