Let’s cut the fluff.
If you’re stuck at 100K, 200K, or even 300K per year and wondering why the hell it feels so hard to break through that next income level… it’s not because you need another funnel, course, or Canva makeover.
The reason you're not scaling?
You’re going from launch to launch, but you’re not building deep trust.
Not the “here’s my shiny new website” kind of trust.
I’m talking about real, I-show-up-every-week-even-when-I-don’t-feel-like-it kind of trust.
And that’s exactly what we’re diving into in this week’s episode of the Fail to Win podcast.
I still made 7 figures even during my hardest year in business in the past 5 years. Here’s how.
Let’s rewind. The past two years have been intense for me. I basically burned down my business and rebuilt it from the inside out. I revamped my entire product suite, went all in on my health, rebuilt my team, and focused on building a business I actually love working in again.
You’d think I took a hit financially, right?
Well, yeah. Profit wasn’t great in a period of increased expenses and decreased income as I paused most of my programs.
Yet revenuewise – we still hit seven figures, again. Barely, but still.
Why? Because my audience was still buying even when there were less offers or streamlined launches, because they trusted me enough to buy whatever was available.
And why did they trust me?
Because I showed up.
Week after week.
With value.
With honesty and integrity.
Without disappearing the second a launch ended.
Most entrepreneurs are building the wrong way
Here’s what I see all the time:
- Someone launches a new program.
- Their audience is excited… once.
- Sales are okay, but then things get quiet.
- They panic, start creating new products or changing their prices.
- They launch again, include more bonuses, but no one’s listening to the tactics… because the strategy is missing.
Sound familiar?
If your audience only hears from you when you're selling, they’re going to stop caring. Just like you won’t tune into a TV station if all it offers are commercials. Your people will tune you out if they sense it’s all about you and never about them.
Your audience loves consistency even more than the algorithm.
Yes, consistency helps with Instagram reach and visibility. But the biggest ROI of consistency isn’t metrics.
It’s emotional.
It’s relational.
It tells your audience:
- “I’ll be here when you’re ready.”
- “I’m not just here to take your money and disappear.”
- “You can trust me to show up also after you spend your hard-earned money on my products.”
Think about it.
Would you pay someone thousands to mentor you if you were afraid they’d ghost you?
Exactly.
But what if your content isn’t perfect?
Honestly, my content is far from perfect.
- My feed isn’t aesthetic.
- I switch between colors and fonts all the time.
- I haven’t done a professional branding shoot in forever.
But I still make sales.
Because perfection isn’t what builds trust – consistency does.
You don’t need to be the most stylish and perfect brand. You just need to be there without fault so your audience knows they can depend on you.
Trust comes from repetition
Imagine this.
Every week, someone hears your podcast. Reads your newsletter. Sees your name pop up on their feed with something useful and honest.
Even if they’re not ready to buy yet, you’re training them to see you as:
- An authority
- A consistent leader
- A reliable source of value
So when they are ready to invest?
They buy. Without hesitating.
Do you want to know what changed my business forever?
Launching didn’t do it.
Paid ads didn’t do it.
Posting once about my podcast definitely didn’t do it.
What did?
Batching + promoting + showing up no matter what.
Honestly, creating a podcast wasn’t even strategic at first. It was a passion project. But 6 months after launching, it had brought in over 1 million euro in sales, not from sponsorships, but from trust.
Now, I batch episodes once or twice a month and turn every episode into 10–12 pieces of content. That’s the content system I still use to this day.
And yes, I promote each podcast at least 10 times. Most people don’t even promote it once and then they wonder why no one listens.
Here’s what to do if you want to scale from 6 to 7 figures (assuming your core offer isn’t sold out + it’s ready to scale)
✅ Start putting out consistent, value-packed content in long-form: think podcast, newsletter, YouTube, whatever floats your boat and dives deep (yes, that’s what she said lol).
✅ Focus on nurturing, not just selling.
✅ Promote your long-form content. A lot. No more “post once and pray for attention.”
✅ Be visible when you’re not launching.
✅ Infuse authenticity, because polished doesn’t necessarily mean powerful.
You don't need to do it all alone, and it doesn't have to be time-consuming or expensive.
Start small.
Start imperfect.
But start.

Are you ready to start your own podcast today for less than $12/month?
You don’t need a podcast to go from 5 to 6 figures. I’d say focus on your core offer first and make it scalable beyond your time,
But if you have an offer set, and now you want to grow from 6 to 7 figures?
You’re gonna need nurture content that gets people ready to buy even when you’re not working, and podcasting is one of the easiest, low-barrier ways to build deep, compounding trust.

Final word: If you’re stuck at a revenue plateau, remember it might not be because you’re not good enough at what you do.
It might be you just haven’t figured out how to promote yourself!
Build the trust. Show up consistently even when you’re not selling.
And watch what happens next.
