Below I have outlined the software I use to run my (online) business. These are my personal favourites. I hope I can save you some time researching and reviewing multiple software options for hours by telling you these are the ones I personally use – after LOTS of testing and losing money on other tools!

Use ConvertKit as your email service provider to help you easily set up your e-mail list. This is my preferred service to create easy sign-up forms, help you deliver your lead magnet to subscribers and automate the sequences you can send to your clients.

Use GoDaddy to purchase a domain name and buy hosting for your website.
Leadpages
Leadpage software
Install Leadpages for extra beautiful landing pages. Don’t have a website yet? Or just want to make it look extra-fantastic? Leadpages helps you set up the highest converting landing pages for your offers.
You can integrate Leadpages with ConvertKit so your landing pages link with your forms in ConvertKit itself and you can easily capture email subscribers.

Use Acuity to create your online availability calendar for potential clients. You can let people book calls for free but you can also charge your clients if you want to. This is great to prevent no-shows. Remember: what you pay is what you pay attention to. Don’t be afraid to set your value high, your time is worth money.

Shopify if you want to provide more payment options to clients (like bancontact, which is fairly necessary when you want to serve clients in Belgium). Shopify can be your online store connecting to all of the other systems and platforms you use, where you place all of your offers and customers can browse and buy.

Canva is a simplified graphic-design tool with a drag-and-drop format and provides access to photographs, vector images, graphics, and fonts.
8. Audio books
Audible
You can create an audible account and get 2 books for free by clicking the button below! You can cancel after your free month so it does not have to cost you anything.
Important: you sign up and buy books on the website, you put the audible app itself on your phone. Once the app is downloaded, you log in with your audible/amazon account, but BEWARE: make sure the ‘marketplace‘ on the bottom is the same as the extension of the website you signed up on (.co.uk, .de, .com,…). If you don’t do this correctly, you will not see books appear on the ‘cloud’. It’s a bit of a mess to get the hang of it in the beginning, but I’m certain you’ll figure it out.
