If you feel like your launches aren’t hitting the way they used to, I get it. The online sales game has changed massively since 2020, and staying stuck in old tactics is costing you money. But here's the good news: you can adapt and thrive. I’ve helped countless entrepreneurs revive their momentum by making these 6 powerful sales swaps. Let’s break them down.
1. Ditch the Bro Marketing Urgency Hacks
Remember the days when a countdown timer or flash discount could skyrocket your sales? Buyers have evolved. In 2025, people don’t trust fake scarcity or manipulative urgency. They crave leadership, trust, and authenticity. Your job is not to shout louder, it’s to lead stronger.
What works now is showing up with confidence. Explain why your offer is worth every penny at full price. Share the transformation your program delivers. Infuse your content with energy and certainty. Confidence converts.
2. Stop Blasting Your Whole List
Gone are the days of one-size-fits-all emails. If you’re not segmenting your list, you are leaving money on the table. Tag your audience based on behaviors: who signed up, who clicked but didn’t buy, who showed up to your webinar, and who ghosted. Personalize your follow-ups.
Start earlier by offering lead magnets (quizzes, checklists, mini-guides) that help you pre-segment your audience before launch. It makes your sales process smarter and more effective.
3. Stack Low-Ticket Offers in Between Big Launches
Ever feel like you have nothing to offer between big launches? That’s lost revenue. Fill the gap with smaller, low-ticket products that warm people up. Consider flash sales, downsells, or mini trainings priced between $37-$97.
When someone buys a small offer and has a great experience, they are far more likely to invest in your premium programs later. We recently ran a 24-hour flash sale and made 10k in a single day. Small offers create momentum and convert browsers into buyers.
4. Simplify Your Funnels
Complicated funnels confuse your audience and kill conversions. If your potential clients don’t understand your funnel, they will not buy. Keep it personal and direct.
Voice note people. Jump on quick calls. Follow up with a Google Doc offer. You can automate later. For now, personality and personal attention convert far better than cold, impersonal sequences.
5. Lead with One Bold Transformation
Your audience is drowning in information and offers. They don’t want 17 bonuses or endless add-ons. They want ONE solution to ONE problem. That’s it.
According to Salesforce, 87% of buyers are more likely to purchase when the offer speaks directly to their desired identity. Get clear on the transformation you provide. Simplify your messaging and state boldly what your program delivers.
6. Cut the Options and Stop Confusing People
When you confuse, you lose. Too many choices paralyze buyers. You don’t need three programs, five levels, or endless decision trees.
Be the expert. After asking the right questions, recommend ONE or at most TWO clear options. You are the guide they trust to simplify their path. Lead with a bold promise and a clear call to action.
Bonus: Mindset Check
If you’ve been feeling flat, ghosted by leads, or disappointed by your numbers, don’t panic. Momentum comes from action. Check your confidence. Show up with magnet energy. Your audience mirrors your energy.
And remember: would YOU buy from YOU right now?
If not, it’s time to change that.
